Hi-
I'm looking for a couple of players to get into a hybrid white wold game somewhere on the south side of Boston (okay the SouthWest side really, close to Jamaica Plain or the Fenway). Maybe meeting once per month. Right now we are tossing around the idea of alternate early 20th century world including werewolves, zeppelins, tommy guns, vampires, mages and a miraculous invention called "radio". That historical sweet spot between the old and the new. In this alternate earth, there would be no masquerade (or veil or whatever) and people know that there are vamps and werewolves and mages exist although they wouldn't know much about them (except to get the heck out of the way when you see one coming). Anyway, the other main selling points of this game would be that players can create real simple characters to starts with and alter/ adapt their stats as they game moves along and, finally, that each story arc would be six discrete sessions (like a mini-TV season or limited series comic book) each with a distinct and real ending. Players can then sign on for the next season or shelve their characters and try something new. These discrete arcs can also allow for rotating storytellers. anyway, if you're interested, please drop me a line. thanks! |

Steampunk Victorian World of Darkness? This sounds fantastic. I particularly like the episodic nature of it.
Color me interested. |

Hi Haus-
Thanks for you interest. I'm actually meeting with a couple of players tonight (THU). It's not a game, but an drop-in, orientation thingy. We will be meeting between 5-7:30 pm (anytime in there). We are meeting at very near Brigham Circle by the Longwood Medical Area, adjacent to Fenway and closest to the E Line and 39 bus stop. If you are able to make it and interested, please let me know and I'll give you directions etc. I will keep you in the loop. Armand |

Interesting premise. When does part deux hit? Seems that'd be the easiest time to check this out.

I realize it's a bit late at this point, but I'm interested if you've got an open slot.
