Hello everyone,

My name is Dan, and my wife, Carolyn, and I are looking to form a gaming group. Failing that we would like join a group looking for players.

Before I begin, let me apologize for the vagueness of this message. I know it might make us sound wishy-washy or uncertain, but we’re really just trying to be flexible and cast a wide net. We are more interested in finding like-minded gamers than playing a specific game.

Now, a little about us. We’re both “thirty-somethings” with 20+ years of gaming experience between us. We live in Quincy and can host games, but we are willing to travel. We enjoy games that emphasize story over tactics, developing our characters and learning the environment. We like to be engaged and we like it when others are in character as well. Gaming is about fun, but we don't like "silly" games or groups that don't take the game seriously at all: jumping in and out of character all the time or having the character do something just for giggles. That said we expect to laugh, have good times, and hopefully make friends.
