Kicking myself here - finally got a reply from Pandemonium and didn't
say anything.
As of last Wednesday, they said, essentially:
1) We have two copies of HMB on the shelves.
2) You can schedule for Sundays, but expect to have to be bumped or cut
short for other events
3) Why not hold it on a week night at Your Move Games?
I've never been to YMG (unless you count their booth at GenCon in '95),
but have been told how to get there numerous times. If this is a vaild
option, I'm willing to look into it.
Also found out Saturday that the Hobby Bunker has tried to order the
book from Alliance and been met with "Sorry, we don't have any copies.
Should get some soon for you but don't know when" replies.

Well, it looks like we've got enough interest (though I know at least
one interested party will be at GenCon this week).
As for time and place - I've had:
1 vote for The Hobby Bunker in Malden on a Thursday night
1 or 2 votes for The Hobby Bunker in Malden on a Saturday
2 votes for Pandemonium in Cambridge on a Sunday
The only area store I've found copies at (haven't been able to make it
out to Pandemonium and have never made it out to Your Move Games yet)
was The Compleat Strategist (a block from my office). The do have a
table there, but you have to book it through their website - and,
unless they got the message boards back up FINALLY (been down since
either late May or early June after hackers got in and littered them
with spam) this weekend, that's not yet possible.
I have limited availability (i.e. subject to the whims of the spouse)
at any time, and can schedule multiple events if there's enough
interest - my transportation is fairly flexible.
I'd *prefer* to hold these at a store that has the game available for
purchase but am willing to run just about anywhere.
