new to the area, looking to meet folks interested in tabletop fantasy roleplaying games.
i like well developed story heavy games without strict rails that allow for codevelopment by the gm and players of the world. i can do without rules lawyering.
i like d&d 3.5 (willing to try 4 too), shadowrun, torg, changeling others that i'm forgetting probably. not a big fan of cuthulu unless it's done really, really well.
i read a lot of books about sustainable agriculture, the absurd or surreal, magical realism, and big kid comics.
don't really watch much tv, but the mighty boosh, the venture brothers, and true blood are all pretty great.
i'm an experienced, story pushing role player.

"maybe is should qualify by saying that we're drumming up interest before we set details. but cool, few more folks and we'll have a game."
"Hey! Need a few more players to start a Changeling game around the Natick area (ten minute walk from the T). It's an awesome, much overlooked system...."
"man, this shit sounds fun."
"yeah, totally- on the framingham/worcester line. i live like a ten minute walk from the stop. let me see if i can't resurrect the gentleman who was talking about running- i haven't heard from him in a couple of weeks. know anybody else who might be i..."
"starting a changeling, the lost group sometime in the next couple of weeks in the metro west area. there's just a couple of us right now and we're looking for three to five more players before we get started. it should be a story heavy campaign, but..."
"i was hoping against hope that somebody nearby was actually running a campaign. i think until i find a solid game group, it's best they enter into the greater boston area tabletop roleplaying community as a player."
"The system was a little buggy, but I really kind of liked it. Would be definitely into starting a group with folks who agree...."
