Introduction

Just returned to New England from a two year stint in SoCal. Surveying the RPG landscape for something interesting.

What genre do you like and dislike to play?

Like scifi and western. Averse to horror genre.

What Role-Playing systems do you prefer to play or avoid?

A longtime devotee of the venerable Traveller. Current passion is Aces & Eights. Some interest in indy stuff like Shahab alHiri Roach, Dogs in the Vinyard and My Life with Master

What kind of books or magazines do you like or dislike?

Most of my reading is in politics, religion and philosophy. Don't touch much fantasy or scifi or, rather, haven't for some time.

What TV Shows/Movies do you like or dislike?

Very much like Deadwood, Venture Brothers and Firefly (with some reservations)

What kind of Role-Player do you consider yourself to be?

Like RP'ing that takes it's time in the context of a large campaign. Prefer combat to resolve quickly.
