Very good turnout from the D&D group, but not so many if any from the RPFGB this month. Interestingly enough I learned that the D20 crowd is a lot more willing and interested in playing other systems.

Was a wild weekend from the start. We had players waiting for the store on Saturday and sessions of D&D, Pathfinder and 40K RRPg were played late into the evening. On Sunday many players came for my 3.5 game, but there was also a side session of We be Goblins.

System really nails the dream-logic experience and encourages the players to leverage that to their own advantage. Oh, and the spider-men are really creepy.

I haven't laughed this hard in a while! First, they captured and disposed of a fairy that was haunting the Saudi embassy with high-pitched noises. Second, they took care of the flying, glowing, electric rats that plagued a restaurant. The best part was when they suited up to deal with the rats. An elf armed with a fry basket wearing an Applebee's apron and chef's hat, a British librarian in a full beekeeper outfit, an archeologist in leather with a whip, and a retired ex-cop and a teen secretary armed with electric flyswatters GET ON THE BUS to go to Applebee's.

The "Speed Gaming" idea is an awesome way to sample a variety of games. If possible, I'd recommend structuring the initial groups so that all the "noobs" get to play Zombie Cinema first. Then other game are "like that but with more rules" or what not.

A lot of no shows, which I was disappointed by- was looking forward to meeting all of you, but a great time none the less!!

It was great fun. I never had a speed game experience before. It turned out to be pretty cool. I would have started a little earlier (like 11) and finished a little later (like 7ish), but I can only imagine how complicate it is to organize things, so good job guys!

Great time! Fire breathing zombies, , evil sadistic, dwarf wizards, a few cool new friends, new games, and a really good overall time. Would love to do it again!

Holy shit this event was amaising. The games were great, fire breathing zombies are my newest fear. No one was awkwardly nerdy or anything, just fun.

awesome little conference. run on a shoe-string budget, but it draws in interesting gamers and some of the best indie RPGs in the area! I played World's Edge, a grimmer, more realistic fantasy RPG (http://www.worldsedgeonline.com/) and really enjoyed the suspense-horror adventure. Had the entire group on the edge of our seats!

Lots of people came both to hang out at the store and look over the free offerings from various publishers. Of what was offered both the Black Templar scenario for WHRPG and the WotC's 4.0 Darksun scenario were all gone by about 5PM. All in all a very good time, we think that the store will take part in next year's Free RPG day.
