As with the other one shot, I expect the time/date location will probably change.

The time/date is totally flexible, I just put something there to get peoples attention ;-) Suggest a time/date and location and we go for that.

What type of game is it ?

It's an Indie Type RPG, based on (not officially) Utah, and a Mormon society. It's less the setting then the mechanics of the game that have me interested (especially the conflict resolution).

As we just moved the Burning Wheel One Shot, I adjusted the date for this one to the following month. Does that look good for everyone?

Great looks like we got enough players for this one as well.
I changed the date to reflect what I actually said previously and hope that still works for everyone. Let me know if not and we can adjust it to fit everyone.

This game has a GameMaster, does anyone want to GM otherwise I'll be the default fallback GM ;-) Is there a preference to the Library or another public spot vs. my private Gaming Den?

Would a sixth member be too many? If so, I'm interested if someone decides to drop out.

Hello everyone, let's get together tonight and figure this out. Sorry I've been a bit quiet lately, but we're still on in case anyone has wondered. Unlike the Burning Wheel one Shot I think we do want to go through character creation.

There is plenty of parking in my drive way and on Langdon Street.
We got sodas and some beer from last go around (thanks anybody who contributed) as well as some light snacks.

Kevin I think we can swing another one as long as you're good with figuring this out as we go. Is everyone primarily interested in playing or anyone interested in co-GMing ...?

Aron, to answer the combat question. It's similar to the "Burning Wheel" Game that you kind a have to drive the action that you want to occur. I still don't understand why if everyone wanted combat you all just tried to negociate and not show those "arrogant" elves the edge of an dwarven axe ;-)

There is also nothing to say we can't have a second one shot at some point ...
